At some point, we may find ourselves in a difficult season of life. That difficult season might
include relationship challenges, emotional pain, confusion, high levels of stress, motivation
challenges, or other obstacles to overall well-being. As a therapist, I am honored to get to know
and work with each client as a unique individual. And it is a joy to walk alongside clients,
helping them to attain greater levels of personal and relational well-being.

I work with adolescent and adult clients in a judgment-free, relaxed, hopeful, and encouraging
environment. I use an Integrative Approach to therapy that allows me to collaborate with my
clients to create an individualized, safe, and productive therapy experience. I work with clients
on a variety of challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship

For over thirty years working in K-12 public education as a high school teacher and
administrator, I had the privilege to work with thousands of youth and hundreds of adults. Their
stories, joys, pain, struggles and growth, have been a key part of my commitment to help people
live meaningful and satisfying lives. The most rewarding parts of my work in education were
connecting with individuals, mentoring youth and coaching adults. For the past two years I
served as program coordinator and therapist for a mental health counseling center within a local
school district.
