I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapy, and remain committed to helping adolescents and young adults navigate through life’s difficulties. My person-centered approach allows me to establish a genuine connection with my clients, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard and understood. I strive to meet my clients where they are emotionally to empower them to develop a deep sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
I spent most of my life in Texas where I attended Texas State University for my undergrad before moving to Colorado in 2017. Through my own personal experiences I decided to go back to school here in Colorado Springs at UCCS to pursue my masters in counseling. I thoroughly enjoy sitting with individuals as they share their stories and lives with me.
Before joining the Mayfield Team, I worked as a therapist in a Juvenile Corrections facility supporting youth as they built tools to reintegrate into the community. My hope is to walk alongside adolescents and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges that life brings.
