Life can be challenging. We often face difficulties that can keep us from living the lives we want and finding the hope we need. For a lot of us, recent circumstances have created more isolation and less connection with others. Many feel alone with their depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, anger, stress, or loss of direction. It can be easy to wonder if things will ever get better. But no matter how hopeless life may feel, there is hope. I have the unique opportunity to meet you in your life exactly where you’re at.

I know from experience that taking that first step can be hard. But healing and growth can start when you step into a counseling relationship where you are known, seen, and accepted. I am experienced with helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families find personal growth, restoration, and mental wellness. My passion is to see clients overcome challenges and reach goals they weren’t sure they could reach. Through the counseling process, I want to help you find clarity about how you got to where you are and, most importantly, how you can move forward in a way that brings you closer to your goals and to the life you personally desire.
