Despite this, most people will run into times where either because of circumstances or choices they struggle to live up to their full potential. While most people know deep down what they need, sometimes we need another person to actively listen and help us develop practical solutions to our often complex problems.
My passion for mental health has grown over the past seven years working with people in crisis, and I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, individuals, and couples. I use evidence-based treatments to help people who are struggling with severe depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma, and for those who simply need to check-in while life is difficult. I work to resolve problems as quickly as possible while still taking an honest look at what needs to change.I have lived in Colorado for over two decades and I love calling it home. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, am an avid movie fan, and deep conversations over long road trips with friends. While working with you, my ultimate hope is for re-connection.
