I believe that everyone experiences stress, trauma, crisis, grief, sadness, anger and frustration at some point. We all handle these experiences and emotions differently and sometimes we may not know how to find our way back to happiness and wholeness. None of us are perfect and it’s ok to ask for help. I can be a guide for you on your path to healing by offering a listening ear, a compassionate heart and the skills to overcome pain and brokenness so that you can regain your inherent ability to change, grow and feel joy and peace. You are not alone!
I have lived in Colorado Springs for almost my entire life and I love the beauty that nature offers in this area. I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and drives through the mountains. I also love to travel, read, garden, cross-stitch and most of all, spend time with my family.
Additionally, I have also lived in the Philippines and am very familiar with Filipino culture and language. If needed, I am able to offer counseling services in the Tagalog/Filipino language.
