I hope to create a space of safety where you can be your most authentic self. I am honored that you would choose to share your story with me, and I seek to hold that story with respect and care as we walk together toward your goals. I am growing in my studies as a Clinical Intern, and I tend towards an existential, attachment, and narrative therapeutic approach. I also take an interest in neuroscience. The mind/body connection is a powerful thing, whether it has been within or outside of our control in life. However, there are many avenues we can take to meet your specific needs and goals.
