Life can be hard, especially when stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, or major life changes begin piling up. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things aren’t getting better even though you’ve been trying. If that’s where you are, you don’t have to carry it alone.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk honestly, without shame or judgment, about what you’ve been dealing with. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes the work begins by simply naming what hurts and making room for what’s real.
I draw from several approaches, including Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Existential-Humanistic counseling, and believe counseling is a collaborative process.
Reaching out can feel intimidating, and that’s completely normal. When you take that first step and do the next thing that needs to be done, the path often opens up. I’d be honored to come alongside you.
