“The world within you will Create the world around you!
~ Erwin Raphael McManus
Finding a good therapist is no easy task. The search can be exhausting, especially when you’re just trying to find someone who will get you. Therapy is a vulnerable place to find yourself being. However, taking this first step moves you closer to the change you seek to make within yourself. Change can be scary, and I commend you for taking the first step in seeking to find someone.
My therapeutic style is a collaborative approach centered around respect and empathy. Assisting my clients in cultivating more presence and awareness in their lives and discovering their innate wisdom and capacity for growth and healing. I will support you to navigate through the suffering and difficulties that life brings skillfully. I draw from various techniques, including Existential, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Values Clarification. I am additionally trained in EMDR to assist those working through trauma.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also find joy in spending time outdoors, gardening, photography, and all things in baking and cooking.
