I believe each individual is a gift; unfortunately, we are not always treated as such in this challenging world. My goal is for clients to see just how incredible they are while working alongside them as they grow into the person they desire to become. I see how relationships, especially our formative relationships, shape how we see ourselves and work with clients to take a realistic view of those relationships. I have seen how trauma impacts the view of ourselves, and it’s an honor to walk with clients as they allow themselves to process and heal. I like to take a mind, body, and spirit approach to this work and try to empower clients to understand and connect to their emotions.
I enjoy working with adolescents and young women, as it can be extremely difficult to determine who you are at this time in life. I also thoroughly enjoy working with children and empowering parents to build secure attachments with their children to create a strong sense of self for them.
My family works for the National Park Service, so I grew up living in pretty gorgeous places. I’ve traveled all over the globe, working with women and children in various capacities. Traveling and seeing the world has given me such beautiful perspectives. I love being outdoors, but I also love a good day watching Netflix. I have some fantastic family and friends that I love spending time with. I try to practice seeing the beauty in my daily life and being grateful for those moments.
