Mental, Emotional and Relationship struggles are an inevitable part of the human experience. When Mental Health, Relationship or Behavioral issues become overwhelming life can feel extremely difficult. I work with individual adults, adolescents, couples and families to provide a hopeful therapeutic experience to help people set goals, improve coping, navigate distress, explore their inner worlds and relationships and achieve personal and interpersonal growth that can help people make positive change.
I consider myself a strong generalist psychologist who is able to work well with a variety of concerns. Topics I often see are anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues and persistent mental health concerns. I have a strong background in assessment and I offer mental health, learning disability, ADHD and gifted and talented assessment.
