My goal as a therapist is to craft a personalized approach for each individual by addressing their unique needs. I mainly work from a person-centered, somatic, and attachment focused orientation. I hold the conviction that our essence is deeply rooted in meaningful connections – both with others and, just as importantly, with ourselves.Drawing on this belief, my focus is to understand the profound emotional bonds formed in early relationships and their impact on our present realities. Working somatically, I invite clients to tap into the wisdom held within their bodies, fostering holistic healing. Mindfulness practices are woven into our exploration, empowering individuals to embrace the present moment and enhance self-awareness.Whether grappling with the weight of anxiety, navigating the shadows of depression, dealing with relationship issues, or confronting other challenges, my aim is to provide an empathetic and nonjudgmental connection with my client, creating a safe space for addressing any topic. Together, we dive into your unfolding experience, unveiling the authentic self that lies beneath these challenges. I believe therapy is one of the most important journeys you can embark on in your life, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover and reclaim your most free and empowered self.
