Everyone faces challenges in life, and we all deserve the opportunity to overcome these challenges. My goal is to help clients gain insight to their problems, make changes, and grow as a person. I believe there is a strong connection between the mind and body, and I hope to help clients find and process this connection. My passion for mental health began at an early age and it is my aspiration to foster the right to care for our mental wellbeing. I enjoy working with children and adolescents, and helping families develop secure attachments and build strong connections.

My approach to counseling is person-centered and strength based. I trust that each one of us has the ability to develop the tools and skills to work through life’s struggles. I will work with my clients to identify unhealthy patterns and make the changes they desire. I like to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Since each client is unique, using an integrative approach and implementing intervention strategies that work best for them is a priority. I am here to support my clients, provide an open, safe environment, and help them navigate life’s challenges.
