As a counselor, I come alongside my clients where they currently are. Each of my clients is heard, validated, and encouraged. I guide each client through their individual journey of growth and change.
I am an Army brat, so I understand the transitions from the child’s perspective. Each move presented a new challenge in finding my spot within a new school, church, and with friends. I work with military families as they are presented with these challenges with each move.
I work with families, individuals, and couples who have or are currently going through grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and bereavement. Loss of normalcy is a current struggle that we all are facing in light of Covid-19.
I am a wife of 22 years, mother of 3, a young adult, and two teens. We enjoy time outside with our dogs and camping and hiking.
