Helping people through the hardships of life is my passion. With the difficulties of life also come joys, and I believe that we all experience both. I am honored to encourage my clients through it all, and help restore your hope along the way. We are never lost forever, things always get better, and you are stronger than you think!

My background includes working with kiddos, teens, young adults, and families. Coming from a military family, I also enjoy working with Veterans and their families, understanding the unique hardships, and excitement, this lifestyle can bring. I have worked with clients who have experienced physical, emotional, and sexual trauma, clients who are hoping to restore their marriage, clients struggling with overall mental health, and clients who just need some support navigating through life’s waters. It is an honor to listen to your story and provide a safe space for you to show up just as you are. I do not believe anyone is broken forever, even if it feels that way sometimes.

As a former behavioral therapist, I have a special place in my heart for children with developmental disabilities. I have experience working with children and families acclimating to and understanding Autism, and what that looks like for them.

I am a wife, sister, friend, dog mom, and person of faith. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outside, reading, writing, creating, and traveling. I was born in Colorado, and have lived in New Mexico, Texas, Missouri, and Colorado for a second time through the Military. I hope to meet you soon!
