This is probably the best therapy experience I’ve had. I feel heard and understood, but also challenged to change my habits and actions. I have been given tangible strategies and help to change.

I had never considered counseling in the past. After choosing to pursue this avenue, I did a lot of research to find a good fit. I believe I have found one in my counselor at Mayfield Counseling Centers. The tools I have been asking for are forthcoming, and I believe I am gaining advances within the areas I have wanted to address.

My husband and I are so much closer after just two sessions with our counselor. Our counselor has really helped us to bridge a gap that had been growing between us.
