I walk with people navigating conflict, relationship wounds, and the pressure to have it all figured out. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) with narrative work, helping clients move from “what’s wrong with me?” to “what’s actually true here?” I also draw on creative and expressive tools — like art, journaling, and metaphors — for the moments when words aren’t enough or emotions are too overwhelming to voice. I also offer faith-integration for clients who desire it.
Choosing a counselor can be a scary process and once we do find the right fit, this becomes sacred ground for intimate conversations and being fully known. I choose to honor that space and you throughout the process. I believe resilience and growth only comes through the ability to be fully honest with where we are now and where we have been, not through pressure or pretending, and that healing, while not always linear, is always possible and there is always hope.
