My goal as a therapist is to help you gain self-awareness, work through past experiences
affecting your everyday life, and establish a healthy path forward. My passion for mental health
stems from the belief that mental wellbeing is essential, and we must foster the right to care for
it. With this in mind, I hope to help you reconnect with your true self and deepen your
connection with others. Whether you struggle with overthinking, feel stuck or hopeless, as your
therapist, I am here to support you, create an open, safe environment where we can address any
topic.
My approach to counseling is holistic, person-centered, and strength based as I trust that each
one of us holds the ability to apply the tools and skills to work through life’s struggles. Since we
are all unique, I prioritize using an integrative approach by implementing intervention strategies
that are tailored to your needs. I also strongly believe in the mind and body connection;
therefore, I utilize somatic work to help you tap into the wisdom of your body and understand its
purposeful functions. It is an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.
